Hello, I am trying to install my webcam
luxya wc-1010
easily
I have the installation CD, but I can't install it
It asks me for the file 'Colnst_071102.dll' from the SoC PC-Camera Installation Disc
I am using Microsoft Windows XP

    I also have a problem with my webcam because it doesn't work on MSN.....

    It's a Luxya Webcam WC-1010

    Hello. I have the same problem teddy76600! My webcam (Luxya wc-1010) works with AmCap but when I want to use it on MSN, there is no icon and therefore I cannot use it... basically it’s a bit useless to me ^^!

    I need an urgent response!! :);) THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

    And in a fit of madness, we will leave...

      Gouby, I must have forgotten to mention that my computer recognizes my camera, but when it asks me to install it, I say yes, and the installation begins normally as stated in the manual. Towards the end of the installation, it asks me for this famous file.

    you need to install this webcam by putting in the CD you received, then go to drivers, and insist at least 10 to 15 times in a row, that's how I managed to install it!
