VIRUS

Bonjour,
avas m a trouvé des virus
suite a ce probleme je ne peux plus fermer l'ordi, il se rallume tout seul
comment puis je bien tout nettoyer et etre sure que je n 'ai pas de degats ailleurs
j'aqi zone alarme
et avast pro mais je n'arrive poas a installer avast familial(gratuit)
