i don't really think that you have a worm in your bios. Why do you think that ?
do you have some warnings telling you that? some viruses can destruct bios, but i have never seen a virus reprogramming the bios !

but i have never seen a virus reprogramming the bios <== oh, well, this is a kind of existing beast which one can hardly get rid off... https://www.tomshardware.com/news/bios-virus-rootkit-security-backdoor,7400.html Reflashing the bios seems to be the only appropriate solution (but what if the virus takes control of the flashing algo and forbids it?)

Yeah... Some mobos do provide a bios antivirus (you can optionally enable/disable this feature in BIOS). Asus mobos are among them.
