Occasionally block my EDF meter

Hello,
I would like to know if anyone knows how to block the new EDF meters? I'm not sure if they are the latest ones (there's a spinning circle!)
I tried with a big magnet but it doesn't work!

    First, it is not possible to completely block them (only to slow them down significantly). Second, I do not advise you to tamper with a device bearing the label "property of EDF." The potential penalties are not worth the few dozen euros saved.
