comme d'habitude je suis emmerde pour changer l'heure de ma g-shock et en plus je ne trouve pas le mode emploie en francais

Look here, there are all the manuals and in French. For my part, it was the summer time; I just had to disable the DST option (the option that adds 1 hour in summer).
