Virus Trojan-Dropper.Win32Résolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour à tous,
Depuis quelques jours mon antivirus détecte au démarrage le virus "Trojan-Dropper.Win32.VB.addr" mais ne parvient pas à l'éradiquer puisque l'alerte apparait tous les jours.
J'ai scanné avec "malwarebytes"," Findykill, choix 1 et 2" puis "Combofix", tout cela en mode sans échec, mais rien n'y fait.
Alors si quelqu'un pouvait me venir en aide je lui en serait reconnaissant.

tu as une toolbarnefaste : ask !

Télécharge ToolbarSD (de Team IDN) sur ton Bureau

Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.

Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.

Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée".

/!\ Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression /!\

Un rapport sera généré, poste son contenu ici.

* NOTE : Si ton Bureau ne réapparait pas, appuie simultanément sur Ctrl+Alt+Suppr pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches. 
Rends-toi sur l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichier et choisis "Exécuter..." 
Tape explorer puis valide.

+ poste tous les rapports que tu as cité plus haut :
mbam (qui ne se passe pas en mode sans echec, ca reduit ses performances )
findykill option 2
et combofix

Pour analyser ton pc : télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (par random/random) sur ton Bureau. 

- Clic droit en tant qu'admin sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer le programme. 

- Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer. 

- Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence. 

- Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparaît à l'écran) ainsi que de info.txt (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches). 

Note : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit.

Fais un scan en ligne avec Kaspersky (avec Internet Explorer)

- En bas à droite, clique sur Démarrer Online-scaner

- Dans la nouvelle fenêtre qui s’affiche, clique sur J’accepte

- Choisis Poste de travail pour le scan.

- Celui-ci terminé, sauvegarde (Choisis fichier texte) et poste le rapport

• Télécharge Navilog1 (créé par IL-MAFIOSO) sur ton Bureau.

• Au menu principal, fais le choix 1 (Recherche / Désinfection automatique)
• Si des éléments indésirables sont trouvés, navilog fera redémarrer l'ordinateur. Patiente alors jusqu'au message «Scan terminé le...»
• A la fin, le rapport (C:\cleannavi.txt) va s'ouvrir dans le bloc-notes, poste le dans ta prochaine réponse stp.

on va (si tu le souhaites) vacciner tessources amovibles pour l'avenir :

* Choisis l'option 3 ( Vaccination )

Télécharge ToolbarSD (de Team IDN) sur ton Bureau 

Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé. 

Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D. 

Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée. 

Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée". 

/!\ Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression /!\ 

Un rapport sera généré, poste son contenu ici.

quelques conseils :

* Installe Spybot (a l'installation decoche le tea timer qui ne sert a rien !). Mets le à jour regulierement (une fois par semaine), et fais les vaccinations à chaque fois.  

* En complément, garde MalwareBytes pour son scan de nettoyage performant. 

 Pour naviguer sur internet plus en sécurité et à l’abri des publicités, je te conseille vivement deux extensions pour firefox : 
AdBlockPlus pour bloquer les publicités ; 


WOT, pour t'avertir des sites web dangereux. 


Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton Bureau pour nettoyer l'ordi de tous les outils qu'on a utilisé : ToolsCleaner


Lance le, clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se finir, puis clique sur Suppression pour nettoyer. 
Tu peux aussi supprimer les fichiers temporaires. 
Ensuite, supprime manuellement ToolsCleaner (mets le à la corbeille). 
S'il ne supprime pas tout, supprime manuellement ce qui reste. 



Télécharge et installe Ccleaner (si ce n’est déjà fait) : 

Lance CCleaner 
Option --> avancé --> décoche « effacer uniquement les fichiers plus vieux que 48h » 
Puis nettoyeur --> Analyse > Lancer le nettoyage, puis sur OK dans la fenêtre qui s' affiche. 
Enfin, registre --> corrige toutes les erreurs, et recommence jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus d'erreurs. 

(Tu peux garder ce logiciel et l'utiliser régulièrement). 

 Pour finir le nettoyage, il faut purger la restauration du système (pour supprimer les points de restauration infectés). 

 Fais un clic droit sur poste de travail (qui est sur ton Bureau ou dans le menu démarrer), puis propriétés. 
 Sélectionne l'onglet restauration du système 
 Coche l'option Désactiver la restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs 
 Clique sur OK. 

Puis refais la manipulation inverse pour réactiver la restauration système

sur ton Bureau 
Ce petit programme permet de défragmenter le disque dur (plus efficace que l'utilitaire de défragmentation de Windows). 

Je te conseille de le lancer en mode sans échec pour augmenter son efficacité : pour cela, redémarre ton ordinateur et tapote sur la touche F8 jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows, et sélectionne "Mode sans échec". Choisis ta session habituelle et double clique sur le fichier Jkdefreg.exe présent dans le dossier Jkdefrag (si tu as choisis la version sans installation). 
La défragmentation peut durer plusieurs heures, et il ne faut pas utiliser l'ordinateur pendant ceci (tu peux le faire de nuit s'il faut). 

A la fin, fais redémarrer ton ordinateur, et dis moi si tu constates une amélioration.

De plus le gestionnaire internet orange bien qu'étant ouvert sur le bureau n'apparait plus dans la barre des tâches.

 pour ca :
Démarre en mode sans échec : 
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter. 
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée. 
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal ! 
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).
