Il semblerait que j'ai chopé un virus... du genre WIN32 trojan, etc...
pouvez vous m'aider svp que dois je faire ? merci de faire vite j'ai un peu peur ..

en lisant les discussions en cours sur d'autres post, je suis allé sur le site RSIT pour hijack
impossible d'avoir la page de téléchargement, j'ai donc tapé Hijack sur google ... et installé celui ci directement.. voici le log que j'ai obtenu, merci de m'aider

J'ai continué de lire des messages et effectivement j'ai téléchargé RSIT d'un autre pc je me le suis envoyé par mail en le "zippant" et j'ai effectué la démarce, j'obtiens ceci

A ton le droit de vivre un peut, on est pas à votre merci quand même j'ai dit je revenais il faut savoir être patient dans le vie.

Je comprend mieux d'où viennent tes virus avec avast ces pas étonnant .

Par contre tu vas me supprimer ceci, car il date de 2007 quand il est très en retard sur ces mises à jour et ne fais plus grand chose :

Lavasoft AB®Ad-Aware 2007 tu le supprime dans ajout et suppression de programme

ensuite certainement une infection msn :

▶ Télécharge Clean Virus MSN sur votre bureau.

▶ Si vous n'avez pas de dézippeur car fichier compressé, télécharger 7Zip 4.65

▶ Une fois le téléchargement effectué, installez Clean Virus MSN qui se trouve sur votre bureau

▶ Clean Virus MSN est un outil gratuit qui détecte et supprime les virus MSN Messenger qui circulent actuellement.

▶ Clean Virus MSN détecte plus de 3900 variantes de virus MSN.

▶ Un fois installé, cliquez sur Clean Virus MSN sur votre bureau

▶ Ensuite une fois ouvert cliquez sur analyser

▶ Il va analyser la mémoire et les fichiers pour savoir s'il y a un virus MSN

▶ Me poster à la fin de l'analyse le rapport des éléments infectés détectés.

le scan est en cours, cependant, en relisant ton message je constate que je n'utilise et que je n'ai jamais utilisé MSN sur cet ordinateur .. je t'envoie tout de meme le résultat du scan dès que c'est fini... merci

1. il est très long
2. il me semble inutile, n'utilisant pas MSN...

▶ Télécharger SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

▶ Double cliquer sur SDFix.exe et choisir Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur ton disque C:.

/!\ Démarre en mode sans échec : après le bip et avant le logo windows tapoter sur la touche F8 (ou F5): menu M.S.E..

▶ Comment redémarrer en mode sans échec ??

▶ Choisir son compte, pas celui de l'Administrateur ou autre.

Dérouler la liste des instructions ci-dessous :

• Ouvrir le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuyer sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Le système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuyer sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes du Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copier/coller le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans la prochaine réponse sur le forum

Bonsoir,

il ne faut jamais faire des analyses quand elle ne sont pas demandés, maintenant que c'est fais c'est trop tard. la prochaine fois attend les instructions.

Et en plus no action taken dans malware ça veut dire non supprimé, il faut que tu recommence.

Pour SD Fix, as tu pensé à désactiver le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs?
