Convert RAR files to ISO

HELLO, HELLO,

I have been desperately looking for a way to convert RAR files
to ISO for a few days now.
I don't know how to convert RAR files so I can then burn them to ISO.

RAR FILES = ARCHIVE

AND

ISO = CD IMAGE

SO HOW CAN I DO THIS? IS IT POSSIBLE ???

    WinRAR recognizes the ISO format
    so an ISO image can be named xxx.rar and be burned as a "disk image" or read in WinRAR's explorer
    or it might be a file compressed in RAR (if downloaded from RapidShare or MegaUpload)
    it is often found split into oo1.rar, oo2.rar, etc.
    you just need to click on the first one and it will reassemble.
