Bonjour,
Quelqu'un peut'il m'aider, depuis ce matin mon antivirus AVAST me dit toutes les 5 ou 10 secondes qu'un virus est dans mon système. Je regarde tous les forums mais ne trouve rien. Je les mets en quarantaine dans AVAST mais ça continue, j'ai aussi fait "supprimer" dans AVAST mais c'est pareil. POuvez-vous m'aider ? Merci, merci beaucoup d'avance.

      Désolée, je ne comprend pas tout. Là, toute les les 1s secondes AVAST me dit que j'ai un virus, je peux tout juste écrire le message. Qu'est-ce que je fais ?????????? au secours, ça bippe de partout

    Slt deja pour commencé avast est une GROSSE PASSOIR IL DETECT LES ANCIENS VIRUS (NON INSTALLE SUR LE SYSTEM) ET LES NOUVEAUX VIRUS PASSENT SANS PROBLEME
    Change deja ton antivirus et passe a antivir qui est largement mieu
    aprés les fichiers que tu penses douteux va sur le site totalvirus et parcours ton ordinateur et analyse les
    et fait un scan avec antivir @+

    • Appuyer sur [Do a scan system only]
    • Fermer les navigateurs et autre applications,
    • Cochez toutes les lignes suivantes
    • Et appuyer sur [Fix Checked]

    Faites Ctrl-Alt-Supp pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire de tâches
    - allez dans [Processus]
    - Pour chacun des processus suivants que vous sélectionnerez
    - appuyer [Terminer le processus] (en bas à droite)

    Peut-être que d'autre processus à l'ensemblage de lettre aléatoire (sans signification), ce sont ajoutés à la liste de ceux que vous avez à Terminer.

    • Sélectionnez "Nettoyeur" et cliquez sur -->"Windows", allez à la section "Avancé",
    • Et cochez uniquement la première case "Vieilles données du perfetch",
    • Sélectionnez le bouton [Analyse]..
    • Lorsque complété, cliquer sur [Nettoyage] aussi souvent..que nécessaire, jusqu’à ce que la fenêtre soit vidée.

    Lorsque ce nettoyage est complété.
    Remettre les options standard, pour une utilisation au quotidien.
    • Allez Recocher les dans les Options --> "Avancé" : Effacer uniquement les fichiers temporaire .. de plus de 48 heures
    • Et Décocher "Vieilles données du perfetch" dans Nettoyeur --> Windows

    Utiliser CCleaner après chaque session sur le net, installation de logiciels et/ou avant de fermer le PC.

    >> Redémarrer si nécessaire..

      avant de faire une bétise car les explications sont très longues pour une presque novice, pouvez-vous me dire ce qu'est Relancez HijackThis car je ne connais pas ce programme ou application. dois-je le télécharger ?

      Je suis vraiment désolée mais je n'y arrive pas, je suis allée jusqu'à cette partie de la procédure (post6)


      Ouvrer le Bloc-note dans le Menu Démarrer --> Tout les programmes --> Accessoire,
      • Copier/ coller le contenu de la Citation suivante dans le Bloc-Note,
      • Dans le bloc-note sélectionner -> Fichier -> Enregistrer sous..
      • Sauvegarder le Bloc-Note sous SupVir.Bat (sur le bureau)
      • Double-cliquer sur le fichier SupVir.Bat


      mais quand je double clic sur le fichier SupVir.Bat qui se trouve sur mon bureau, la page s'ouvre à la vitesse de l'éclair puis se referme aussitôt. Je ne peux rien lire

      Ensuite vous me demandez d'aller vérifier si les fichiers de la citation ont été supprimés mais je ne sais pas où aller les chercher pour contrôler (j'ai au préalable affiché les fichiers et répertoires cachés)
      POuvez-vous me guider.

    Vous devez avoir un raccourci du logiciel Hijackthis, sur le bureau
    => image du logo du raccourci : http://img133.imageshack.us/img133/24/iconehjtnz8.jpg

    Double-cliquer sur ce raccourci pour lancer Hijackthis et cochez les lignes etc..
    Et suivez la procédure du message précédent

    Lancer(Double-cliquer) JAvara
    sélectionner -> Effacer les anciennes version
    Ensuite -> Rechercher des mises à jour

    Et installer la mise à jours de Java qui sera téléchargée.

      je viens de faire la première opération RELANCER HIJACKTHISj'ai coché les cases comme indiqué puis fait FIX CHECKEDmais là une fenêtre m'a demandée voulez vous enlever ou/et réparer ces 9 élementsj'ai répondu ouiet là, rien ne suis quand je vais dans le gestionnaire de tâches (seconde opération à faire), les fichiers QUEQUOUVYPOQU.EXEet tous les autres indiquées, n'existent plus, j'ai du faire une erreur en répondant oui
      Je ne sais plus quoi faire maintenant

    Ok donc,
    - vous avez supprimées les lignes avec Hijakcthis !

    - Êtes allez dans le Gestionnaire de tâches pour [Terminer ces processus]
    quequouvypoqu.exe
    foommul.exe
    quoucezoozyp.exe
    gmseykfxl.exe
    MessengerSkinner.exe
    ywssoqs.exe

    - Et ensuite vous avez créé et lancé le fichiers SupVir.Bat
    >>>> C'est normal que la fenêtre ouvre et ce referme rapidement.

    >>>>>> Donc, les fichiers et répertoires cachés sont affichés.

    Ouvrez Explorer(ordinateur) et aller sur le C:\
    Ensuite vous aller dans les répertoires -> ..\Windows et -> ..\System32

    Et rendu la, vous vérifiez si les fichiers suivants "en caractères gras" sont la.
    S'ils y sont pas, c'est qu'ils ont été supprimés !

      Je vous précise que lorsque le bloc note s'est affiché sur l'écran après redémarrage automatique du système, une fenêtre Microsoft ne faisait que s'ouvrir en me disant qu'un sérieux problème a été réparé par .... envoyer le rapport d'erreurJ'ai eu beau l'envoyer la fenêtre continue en s'ouvrir avec le même discours.

      Voici de second rapport, je vous précise que depuis que j'ai fait ces 3 opérations
      - Navilog 1
      - CCleaner et
      - malwarebytes
      ma connection internet ne tient plus du tout, je suis obligée sans arrêt
      - d'éteindre mon PC,
      - de couper l'alimentation de ma neuf box
      - attendre que les voyants de la neuf box se rallument (ça ne marche pas à chaque fois)
      et espèrer que la connexion se fasse
      D'où peut venir ce problème, depuis des années, ce n'est jamais arrivé. C'est la cata !!!!

    • Appuyer sur [Do a scan system only]
    • Fermer les navigateurs et autre applications,
    • Cochez ces lignes,
    • Et appuyer sur [Fix Checked]

    - Ouvrez l'Invité de commande : Démarrer -> "Tout les programmes" -> Accessoires ..
    - Copier /coller(par un clic-droit) "unes après l'autre" les lignes suivantes et valider pour chacune :
    sc stop oi6u7aimx
    sc delete oi6u7aimx

    Relancer une mise à jours et un scan rapide de Malwarebytes.
    S'il supprime quelque chose, postez le rapport.

    Après ..
    Télécharger Erunt
    Lancez une sauvegarde du registre avec ..

    Télécharger winsock
    Lancer le et appuyer sur [Fix]

    Si le problème de connexion y est toujours.
    Pouvez vous réinitialiser votre modem (je ne connais que dale la dedans ) !?
    Peut-être n'est-ce même à pas conseillé ?

      Bon, ça y est, j'ai fini toutes les procédures, y compris ERUNT et WINSOCK. Je vais éteindre mon PC et voir plus tard dans la soirée comment tout se passe. Dans l'hypothèse où tout irait bien, pouvez-vous encore m'apporter votre aider pour :

      - me dire tout ce que je peux effacer au niveau des rapports, programmes téléchargés ... etc (hijackthis, Navilog..) et surtout où je vais les trouver pour les effacer correctement

      - me dire les programmes que je dois garder et utiliser régulièrement comme CCLEANER, par exemple, je supppose que celui là, il faut le conserver

      - me dire à quoi sert la fameuse sauvegarde de la base de registre faite avec ERUNT

      et pour finir me conseiller éventuellement un antivirus fiable

      Je suis étonnée de ne plus avoir de nouvelles.
      NOus sommes vendredi, depuis hier, je n'ai plus de messages de virus donc je pense qu'il est enfin éradiqué. Encore merci pour votre aide précieuse.
      Par contre, concernant les déconnexions intempestives, toujours idem.
      Hier soir, j'ai donc débranchée ma neuf box BB4 du PC, et ma ligne téléphonique est restée stable jusqu'à ce matin.
      Je pense qu'il y a une interaction entre le PC et la neuf qui entraine des déconnexions tout à fait aléatoires. N'y a t il pas quelque chose qui ai pu être effacé lors de toutes les manip ?

    Aucune de manip. de suppression avec Navilog1 ou Malwarebyte n'auraient du altérer votre connexion ainsi ?!

    Téléchargez ComboFix.exe

    /|\ Désactivez votre antivirus, Spybot et autre protection.. /|\
    /|\ Fermez tous les applications, n'ouvrez aucun programmes, /|\
    /|\ Si ComboFix a besoin de redémarrer, laisser le aller. /|\

    ► Double-cliquer sur Combofix et [Exécuter]
    • Si vous utilisez Windows Vista, cliquer sur le bouton [Continuer],
    • À la ’’Limitation de garantie du logiciel’’ -> [Oui],
    • Installerez la ’’Console de récupération’’ -> [Oui], (<- IMPORTANT)
    • Attendre la fermeture de l’outil (plus d’une 40aines d’étapes).

    /|\ Notez qu'une fois que vous avez lancé ComboFix, /|\
    /|\ Vous ne devez pas cliquer dans la fenêtre de ComboFix, /|\
    /|\ Cela pourrait même endommager Windows. /|\

    ► Afficher le rapport de ComboFix (C:\Combofix.txt).

    ► Réactiver l'antivirus et autre protection.

      PLus de virus sur mon PC, merci beaucoup
      POur les déconnexion, j'ai contacté NEUF qui a fait une modification sur ma ligne. Maintenant ça fonctionne mais l'affichage est très long.
      Je vous remercie encore pour votre aide à combattre ce virus

    Bonsoir,
    Je vois avec beaucoup de retard ce nouveau message. Je n'avais plus consulté car il me semblait que tout fonctionnait normalement. Mais aujourdhui, nouveau problème. Je viens de poster un nouveau sujet "MOn PC se bloque - Message d'erreur". SI vous avez le temps d'y jeter un oeil, croyez vous que ça ait un rapport avec le problème de septembre ???? Merci d'avance

    Non, ce message ne me semble pas lié.
    Ton problème était peut être résolu mais il fallait finir proprement la désinfection : suppression des outils utilisés (entre autres).

    je croyais que le processus de nettoyage était terminé, je ne suis pas très calée !!! Dois-je faire quelque chose de particulier maintenant car mon PC plante de nouveau et je suis dépassée par les évènements.

    JE n'ai pas accès au PC puisque il se bloque toutes les 10 minutes, là, j'interviens depuis un autre poste. Si tu as une solution pour débloquer le premier, donne moi la procédure. Merci
