You have nothing to fear.
These are scammers from Ivory Coast who have trapped you.
You need to know several things:
They have no power despite the pompous titles they use, everything is usurped.
The Ivorian penal code only applies to IVORIANS and not to foreigners.
There is no international police
You have engaged in dialogue with someone who presented themselves as an adult.
A prosecutor will never write to you by email, especially not from a Yahoo, Hotmail, MSN, Live, etc... address.
Real cases of pedophilia or perversion would have caused the gendarmes or police from your place of residence to intervene.
Above all, do not pay anything; this would be the beginning of an endless cycle.
Do not respond to emails or phone calls.
The association Aven France tracks the dissemination of these videos on YouTube or Dailymotion and has them removed. Contact them if necessary.

PLEASE, MENTION THE EMAIL ADDRESSES AND PHONE NUMBERS OF THESE SCAMMERS
We will make good use of them (blacklists)-
Je suis désolé d'apprendre que vous traversez une situation difficile. Il est important de signaler ce type de comportement aux autorités compétentes et de demander de l'aide professionnelle.
- Hello solanum,
You definitely shouldn't have started paying, because they're not going to let go of you now!!!
But don't worry, it's not the police harassing you, but little idiots in internet cafes in Ivory Coast, who are having a good laugh, and who will try to scare you to death so that you keep sending them money.
So, stop everything, block the msn addresses, don't open emails, don't answer the phone anymore, otherwise, it won't be 200 euros that you'll lose but 2000 euros and much more...

Here is what I received following a conversation over the webcam. I was deceived by a young woman who was 37 years old, and it was not this person who was talking to me on MSN, but her 15-year-old daughter, Pascaline Riviere. Two days ago, I received an email from Interpol regarding exhibitionism on the internet in front of a minor aged 15.

Hello
On September 28, I received the same email as you
emanating from the "anti.pedophile.police" located in Côte d'Ivoire
It's true that I had a "naughty" cam session with a 32-year-old woman
I was actually told that she is 16 years old, and that I risk going to prison
I am given 2 options: either I come to court in Abidjan or I pay a 2500 euro fine
Despite the initial fright, I think this is a scam. -
Yes, it's true that there are scammers looking for easy targets, but I also lament the fact that some French people undress and masturbate on camera. I have a hard time understanding this; I think it's too bad for those kinds of people who get conned.

Good evening, don't stress about it, they are professionals in scamming trying to scare you into coughing up money, so just like I did, send them packing and threaten to file a complaint for online blackmail. The girl supposedly had 16 years, but in the photo, she looked like she was 25.

Hello, I just went through the same thing as you yesterday and I believe it's a well-organized network. Now I am letting things take their course and no longer responding to the emails from these people.. time will tell.
-
Hello christschilti,
No, it's not "a well-organized network"...
These are just young boys, the "brouteurs", clever little crooks who take advantage of the gullibility of men (white men, of course) to trap and scam them.
Between the ages of 12 and 20, well-trained, knowing exactly what to say to gain the victim's trust and push them toward what they want.
Then, the harassment...
In fact, it's mostly the feeling of guilt that prevents you from seeing the enormity of the scam... These scammers have very well understood how to exploit this flaw, with heavy threats coming from personalities in the Ivorian police, even from the ambassador of France himself, through emails filled with spelling mistakes, pompous and ridiculous phrases, and fake documents so crude that they are taken for real...
We can understand the state of panic in which the poor victims suddenly find themselves, especially when they receive their video and are told that it will be broadcast on television and sent to all their contacts...
Lies, nonsense, absurdities, groundless threats, day and night phone harassment, all this to make the victim crack and send the requested money... as if one could resolve an accusation of pornographic or pedophilic practice via Western Union, addressed to a foreign public prosecutor...
An amicable settlement, in a way... but when you're married and wanted to have some fun on the side, anything that can avoid a scandal is welcome.... -

I just got trapped!!!
I told him that I was going to file a complaint at the police station and that I would give them his contact information!!! Since then, nothing!!!
