Setting up emule with sfrbox

Hello, despite trying to configure the SFR box to be in ID, it's not working and I don't understand why. Can someone help me (I'm not very good at computers)

    Can you describe in detail the settings you have already made?
    What ports does your mule use?
    Do you have a firewall on your computer? If so, which one?

    A firewall is different from an antivirus; however, if it is a security suite, the firewall and the antivirus are included in the same product.
    Download this user guide for the SFR Box and go to page 40; everything is explained for opening the necessary ports for the proper functioning of the mule:

      I have the SFR box since last Wednesday (actually the Neuf Box from SFR) and I had no trouble setting it up without worrying about firewalls or antivirus.

      I already entered the NAT settings but I'm actually wondering if I messed up because I think I changed my IP address? Is that possible in your opinion? Since I did the tutorial some time ago, I wanted to start over yesterday but with no better results...

        No worries, you check your local IP address from Start > Run > cmd > etc., and you apply it in Control Panel > Network and continue.

    Yes, a unique IP address for each computer, like your mailbox address. It's explained in the tutorial, I think. The tutorial first tells you how to get a static address.

      Yes unique public IP address, but this is of no use to us for eMule.
      You confuse local IP address and public IP address.

    Open the command prompt via the start menu then all programs then accessories, type the following command and press the enter key: ipconfig /all
    This command will display information about your connection as well as your IP address.
    What is your IP address?

        Well, now you open your browser and type http://192.168.1.1 to access the SFR Box interface.
        You enter your username and password or use the button on the SFR Box.

        Once you are in the interface, go to the Network section and then to NAT/PAT.

        You will create the rule with the TCP port and your IP address (you need to check in the program which TCP port number it uses) and then confirm with the little + sign on the right

        You will create the rule with the UDP port and your IP address (you need to check in the program which UDP port number it uses) and then confirm with the little + sign on the right

        Here is what I did in nat, I’m writing the first line because I'm a bit slow at writing and I’ll send you the second one afterwards
        emuletcp tcp port 20000 192.168.1.2 20000 ENABLE then there’s the number less good I’ll send you that and I’ll clean it up for you.

    I detected an error in the IP address or it's just a simple typo.
    It should be written as follows:
    emuletcp tcp port 20000 192.168.1.20 20000 ENABLE

    Apart from the IP address, everything is good; your address is 192.168.1.20 and not 192.168.1.2.

    Yes, that's fine.
    Now, if you're not in HighID with that, it means you have a firewall on your computer that is blocking the eMule ports.

    A quick question: are the ports 20000 and 20010 that you opened on the box the ones used by your mule or are they the ports provided by a tutorial???

    He was disabled because I have a firewall with my Mac antivirus, I think that's what it's called. Should I disable it too? Isn't there a risk of catching viruses?
