Sorry to write in English. I live in the South of France and had Nordnet for just over one year. The service was very slow to start under 500kb download and 60 upload. For the past few months it has improved I get just over 800kb download and 125 upload. Last week my modem became defective I think electric storm. My experience with service client was very very bad. They are very unfreindly and kept on saying it is the pointing of the satellite when I knew the satellite did not move. It took 4 telephone calls with my french neighbor helping out to explain the problem and still they refused to send a new modem. At the end a friend of mine who is antenist called the commercial director and only then they accepted to send a modem. My neighbor has viveole and has a very good customer service. I cant recommend Nordnet and I am considering to move to sat2way. the investment in the kit is the only reason why I have not moved yet. I am sharing my experience
