Flash epson cx4300 ssc service utility 4.30

Hello,
how are you doing?
I downloaded the SSC Service Utility 4.30 for my Epson CX4300 printer, but I didn't know what to do when I ran it. Any suggestions, please?!!
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    92% black when I start the print, the paper prints if there are colored fonts, but the text prints in black. There is no error message or anything like that. For example, when I print a black text, the paper comes out of the printer very slowly, and you can hear the noise, making you think it's printing, but that's not the case. Once the paper is ejected,

    c'est, ssc qui peut faire ça !! tu as le niveau d'encre >> la configuration >> le resetteur.

    si tu cliques DROIT sur l'icône en bas à droite de l'écran, il y a la rubrique aide et

    là-dedans, il y a les instructions.

    1) Why install the utility (what problem does your printer have??)

    Depending on the problem you encountered, you can clean the heads or reset the ink counter to zero

    I have an Epson CX4300 printer on which I installed compatible cartridges for the first time, but it didn't detect them. So, some forums advised me to use this program. I downloaded it, but I couldn't figure out how to use it. It recognized my cartridges, but now the problem I have is that when I start a print job, it doesn't print black.

    Re all stupid (: if you remove the cartridge, when you touch the sponge where the ink comes out, does the finger get black or not

    ON MANY FORUMS, THE SAME ISSUE IS REPORTED REGARDING THIS PRINTER. ONCE WE CHANGED THE CARTRIDGE TO A COMPATIBLE ONE, I WAS INSISTED TO DOWNLOAD SSC, WHICH SUPPOSEDLY ALLOWS THE BLACK CARTRIDGE TO BE DETECTED. USING SSC, THE CARTRIDGE IS FINALLY DETECTED, EVEN IN THE EPSON LOG, BUT UNFORTUNATELY, NOTHING PRINTS ON THE PAGES.

      Je sais, t'inquiète ;) Dis, sais-tu s'il existe un logiciel avec lequel on pourrait reprogrammer les puces des cartouches ou un truc comme ça afin qu'elles puissent être détectées correctement par l'imprimante ?
