I downloaded the SSC Service Utility 4.30 for my Epson CX4300 printer, but I didn't know what to do when I ran it. Any suggestions, please?!!

92% black when I start the print, the paper prints if there are colored fonts, but the text prints in black. There is no error message or anything like that. ON MANY FORUMS, THE SAME ISSUE IS REPORTED REGARDING THIS PRINTER. ONCE WE CHANGED THE CARTRIDGE TO A COMPATIBLE ONE, I WAS INSISTED TO DOWNLOAD SSC, WHICH SUPPOSEDLY ALLOWS THE BLACK CARTRIDGE TO BE DETECTED. USING SSC, THE CARTRIDGE IS FINALLY DETECTED, EVEN IN THE EPSON LOG, BUT UNFORTUNATELY, NOTHING PRINTS ON THE PAGES.
