Problem with my sagem d55t

Hello,

I have a Sagem D55T that no longer rings; I've tried everything with the manual, but nothing works.... A repairman (TV) came and couldn't fix it either..... I've seen that there are other people in the same situation
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    Exactly the same problem. No more ringtones for calls EXCEPT FOR INTERCOM.
    Anyone to help, please???
