Hello, for some time now, after I restored my Itel it5625 (triple SIM) phone, I have noticed something new. In fact, it started by intermittently displaying the message "Temperature too high" and then shuts down a few seconds after this warning, and it is up to me to turn it back on, otherwise it stays off. This can occur at any moment, whether I am playing, browsing, or even when I am doing nothing and the phone is idle. Thank you for your assistance!!!

    If you have a case on, take it off.
    If no case, return to customer service.
