Probleme au démarrage

Bonjour,
Tout d'abord, je ne suis pas sur que je soit dans la bonne rubrique, je m'en excuse déja!
Voila mon probleme:
Ma soeur a acheté un Netbook (le NC10 de chez Samsung)
Lors du démarrage, il n'y avait pas de bureau et en faisant Ctrl+Alt+Suppr, j'ai vu qu'explorer.exe était lancé mais rien a faire, pas de bureau (meme en relancant explorer.exe), j'ai réussi a aller dans les taches planifiées et j'ai réussi a mettre explorer a chaque démarrage.
Maintenant au démarrage, le bureau s'affice mais 2 erreurs aussi:
1) MagicKBD -- Message: "The Maigc Keyboard program is running"
2) EDSAgentEx -- Message: "Samsung EDS is already running"

* Run Regedit.exe as an administrator
* Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Controls Folder\PowerCfg
* Right-click on the “GlobalPowerPolicy” key and choose “Permissions”.
* Click on the “Advanced” button.
* Click “Add”.
* Type INTERACTIVE and click “Check names”, then OK.
* Check the “Set value” and “Create Subkey” checkboxes in the “Allow” column, and click OK, then OK, then OK.
* Do the same thing with the “PowerPolicies” key.
