Hello, I was given a
Mappy mini GPS (gp 1010). I wanted to do the update, so I downloaded the synchronization tool they recommend, and that's where the trouble began. The installation goes very poorly on XP, and no synchronization happens. Unfortunately, I wanted to check this SD card more closely on the PC, made a mistake, and formatted it, so the Mappy mini is now out of order.
I would be very happy to get my GPS back in good condition. Is there a kind soul who can help me? Thank you in advance.Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    Thank you very much for the Mappy Mini file. I installed it as you explained, but I get an "hardwareIDerror" message when I try to access the mapping. So nothing works. However, I managed to update the radars. My GPS is exactly a Mappy mini GP 1010, so I suppose that maybe this is not the right version given the error message.
    So what should I do? If you have any idea, I would be happy to hear it, to see my GPS working.

      after having the same problems as you, I managed to find a version of the SD card but "harwareiderror".

    Hello,

    I also have this Mappy GP1010 GPS which works but with software from January 2009.

    I made a backup of the SD flash.

      Yes, it's a good idea to do this because if your GPS fails, you can restore the original file to your SD card

    I was just offered a mini300D from which I've saved the contents. In fact, I can send this content to those who need it.
    How do I update it? Mappy is telling me to download mappyplus, but where can I find it? Do I need to insert an SD card first?

      It seems that updates are paid for on Mappy, but I've never managed to find a link for updates on their site!!!
      Having a Mappy GPS is really complicated because I bought mine in 2008 and I've never been able to update it since I asked them on their site and they told me to go through the seller!
      The seller tells me to go to the Mappy site!!!
      We're going in circles!!
      That's all I can say
      Anyway, if anyone has the complete file, please share it for all those in need!*
