INSTALLING THE DRIVER FOR MAPPY ITI 400

Hello, I've been trying to install the driver for my beautiful Mappy for 3 days now, and all the required software has been installed. The driver is on the desktop, but after that, nothing happens. ActivSync is installed correctly, but it still doesn't recognize the Mappy. When I plug it in, the computer detects the new hardware, and then nothing. Can anyone advise me? I've read all the FAQs available, and I've already written to Mappy twice but never received a response. Am I going to have to return my beautiful Mappy????

    Hello,

    For your information, this Mappy ITI 400 works very well, I just unlocked it to access Windows CE 4.2 and I'm having a blast with it, everything works perfectly, the fixed radars are very efficient but for now, I'm keeping my Inforad which is infallible.

      I would like to access the MAPPY ITI 400 system and was wondering: is it running on Windows CE?

    download naviextras toolbox from the net and there you go, it's done

    Hello, no need for active sync for this device! Go to the naviextras site and install toolbox! Then it will work.

      Hello,
      I have an iti 400, but the navigation won't start, the Naviextras Toolbox doesn't recognize it (it tells me to connect a device)
      apparently I'm missing some "software" because the SD card is completely empty!
      Can you help me?
