Probléme graveur externe

Bonjour tous le monde

voici mon problème; j'ai un graveur externe de marque NEC DVD_RW ND-4550A qui me pose des problèmes de gravures sur DVD-R ( pas de problème pour graver des CD en revanche )

je c/c le log d'erreur aussi pour eviter les postes inutile ma mémoire vive est purger avant chaque gravage et mon Hdd a été défragmenter il y'a de cela a peine une semaine
