Virus répétitif

Bonjour,
depuis quelque temps, j'ai 2 trojan qui sont détecté a chaque fois que je me connecte sur internet.
mon antivirus les supprime, mais ceux ci reviennent a chaque fois. merci d'essayer de m'aider, voici mon rapport hijackthis:
