Disable mouse wheel Solved

Hello,
I have a Packard Bell mouse with a scroll wheel. I would like to know how to disable the wheel that allows scrolling vertically through different pages. That's all. Thank you for your help.

Hello Alexandre, if I understood correctly, try Control Panel, click on Mouse, then you can adjust your mouse as you like, as well as your scroll wheel.

I had already tried this method and it didn't work. I then found the driver for my mouse and reinstalled it. Thank you for your help.

Actually, no, it doesn't come from the driver. Despite assigning a new function to the wheel in the control panel, we can't completely disable it. If someone could tell me how to completely disable it, that would be very nice...

For your information, my mouse is USB. The reason I want to disable it is that my mouse uses the scroll bars at will, which considerably disrupts page reading. Thank you for your help.

Hi, this message is directed more towards Marie-Christine, who replied to Alexandre with a year's interval offering to completely change the mouse!! What a stupid response??!! Do you think that's the right solution??? Think again..
