Bonjour,
J'ai des ralentissements sur les premières pages que je lance (firefox, open, msn, ou autre), et des écrans qui se figent par la suite.
J'ai un message qui parait souvent au démarrage et qui est paru aujourd'hui sans lancement de ma part : F-Secure Internet Shield daemon a cessé de fonctionner et a été arrêté. un problème est à l'origine de ce dysfonctionnement ...
alors qu'a la base il fonctionne tout le temps. mis à part qu'aujourd'hui : une nouveauté dans mon antivirus qui a noté : protection internet / dysfonctionnement
Il y a déjà eu aussi des messages concernants launcher.exe et security system (que je ne connais pas).
je le défragmente toutes les semaines, l'analyse avec spybot et dernierement j'ai effectué un nettoyage du disque dur et utilisé ccleaner.
Et j'oublais : souvent pendant l'utilisation de Firefox ou MSN j'ai le curseur qui reste figé (parfois 10 min) ou lors de mes saisies ça beug aussi, et j'ai aussi un voile opac qui parait à certains moments.
On m'a conseil de faire un Hijackthis et de télécharger le nécessaire avec le lien suivant : https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/11747-hijackthis/ijackthis
Mais il est dit que c'est déconseiller "aux novices".

ah et ni l'antivirus ni le scan ne détectent quelque chose. Mais y doit y avoir un truc.

Installe le sur ton bureau, ferme toutes tes applications y compris ton navigateur internet
Clic sur do a scan only and save a log file ( et uniquement ça)
copie/ colle le rapport en integralité sur le site pour une analyse, (qui sera faite par une autre personne que moi)
je te conseil aussi de télécharger Malwarebytes antimalware voici le lien :

installe le sur ta machine par exemple : dans c :\program files ( c'est mieux comme ça )
Fait une MAJ (mise à jours) du fix, tu veras c'est marqué en toute lettre dans un onglet) et fait un scan
puis copie /colle le rapport sur le forum et attend d'autres instructions.

bon, pour hijackthis j'ai pas dût faire ce qu'il faut. et pour malwarebytes c'est bon l'analyse est faite. j'ai pas le rapport car coupure de courant. Mais ça me dit que rien n'est trouvé.
Bon bah au niveau de l'antivirus. Je crois que si j'en avais pas ce serait pareil. Je ne peux même plus toucher aux paramètres (ou je ne peux pas cliquer, ou ça remet au point de départ automatiquement) plus le Dysfonctionnement noté en haut en rouge. et hijackthis j'ai fais exactement ce qui m'a était indiqué.
