Hello,
I recently changed my main computer to an iMac.
My printer, an Epson Stylus DX4800, worked on my MacBook without installation.
But since this is my main computer, I wanted to install the scanner.
I started looking for the installation CD, but nothing is provided for Mac.
No worries, you might say, I went to the Epson website to download everything to install it.
But I can't download anything from the website.
I see this page:
https://www.epson.eu/support/?lng=en-GB&data=0ccCGROWIYMR3Ypcjw8EoGuSc5sNsurV2ZTIVcHmRUQU003D&tc=6
But when I start the download, here's the message:
Safari can’t connect to the server.
Safari can’t open the page « ftp://download.epson-europe.com/pub/download/3188/epson318848eu.dmg » because Safari can’t connect to the server « download.epson-europe.com ».
Despair :(
