Unable to update F-Secure antivirus

Hello,
I have some problems with the updates for my F-Secure antivirus, provided by CEGETEL.
Everything was going well until the end of December, then automatic updates stopped.
In manual mode, the system indicates "when online" and does not want to perform any virus definition updates.
Is there anyone who could help me, as I am not very good with computers?

    Your problem generally comes from your subscription key which is either expired or invalidated.
    You need to contact SFR customer service:
