Hello, I can't seem to adjust the OSD settings on my AOC screen. The model number is Monitor 2434 pw. When I press one of the buttons, it displays: OSD LOCKED Can you help me? Thank you

OSD Lock Function: To lock the OSD, press and hold the Left button while the monitor is off, then press the power button to turn the monitor on. To unlock the OSD - press and hold the Left button while the monitor is off, then press the power button to turn the monitor on.

Power off the OSD lock function:  Press and hold the menu button for 15 seconds or until the message "CONTROL MENU IS LOCKED" disappears.

To fix this problem, you need to turn off the screen, then hold down the left arrow key and turn the screen back on, KEEPING THE LEFT KEY PRESSED UNTIL THE IMAGE IS DISPLAYED. That's what I did, and it works.

For the "e943Fws Series" screens, you need to turn off the screen and then press the menu + power button  or ON to enable/disable the lock.
