Bonjour,
Ad-aware version pro détecte un fichier malveillant (c:\mb9x.exe), mais apparement ne semble pas régler le problème sur le portable d'un collègue (et parfois celui lui crash son ordi). Je lui ai donc demandé un rapport Hijackthis pour le poster ici, et avec votre aide pouvoir tenter de trouver et regler le problème. Bien entendu comme ce n'est pas mon ordi... il peut y avoir un délai de réponse... Merci par avance de votre aide.

Bonjour,

C'est une infection USB.

--> Télécharge UsbFix (de Chiquitine29 & C_XX) sur ton Bureau.

--> Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut.

--> Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, carte SD, etc...) sans les ouvrir.

--> Double-clique sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton Bureau.
(Sous Vista, il faut cliquer droit sur le raccourci UsbFix et choisir Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur)

--> Choisis l'option 1 (Recherche).

--> Laisse travailler l'outil.

--> Poste le rapport UsbFix.txt.

Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque (C:\UsbFix.txt).

"Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.

--> Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, carte SD, etc...) sans les ouvrir.

--> Double-clique sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton Bureau.

--> Choisis l'option 2 (Suppression).

--> Ton Bureau disparaîtra et le PC redémarrera.

--> Au redémarrage, UsbFix scannera ton PC, laisse travailler l'outil.

--> Ensuite, poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra avec le Bureau.

Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque (C:\UsbFix.txt).

Bonjour

Savez vous en plus sur ce trojan ? Est ce qu'il s'enlève bien avec les méthode énnoncée ci-dessus ?

Est ce qu'il cause plus de dégats que ceux mentionnées au dessus à savoir :
- on ne peut plus ouvrir directement les sources par le "Poste de travail". on doit passer par l'explorateur ou, dans le "Poste de Travail", clic droit et ouvrir.
- on ne peut plus voir les fichiers cachés.
