Why aren't my keyboard arrow keys working in Excel? Solved/Closed

Hello,
I have a problem in Excel 2000 when using the arrow keys to move between cells. In fact, when I press the down arrow to go to the cell below, the workbook window scrolls instead. Would you be kind enough to help me?

Otherwise, simply at the top of the keyboard there is the "Scroll Lock" key!  On MacOS, you need to press F14. There you go ;)

because I struggled myself on a laptop, the action to perform is:  alt GR + Fn + F5

I had the same problem with the arrow keys in EXCEL and I solved it by restoring the system:
--Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore--
and then you need to choose the restore date that should be before the date the problem started
It's not the best solution but it's one among others
