virus cheval de troie help

Question

Bonjour,
depuis peu mon antivirus détecte au moins deux a trois fois par jour le meme virus j'ai beau le supprimer et l'écraser il revient à chaque fois, rapport de mon antivirus avira:

Dans le fichier 'C:\Windows\System32\ESQULobynstwvcxotkimjuoqfknxsidhkaxkm.dll'
un virus ou un programme indésirable 'TR/PCK.Tdss.W.13' [trojan] a été détecté.


apparemment ce serait un cheval de troie mais je ne sai spas comment l enlever, quelqu un peut m'éclairer en détail car je suis novice en informatique merci!!

Salut Danya59 ,

commence par ceci :


• Télécharge et install UsbFix 

 (!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir

• Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .

• Choisis l'option 1 ( Recherche )

• Laisse travailler l'outil.

• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) 

• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
          Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. 
          Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Fait une analyse avec ton anti virus, ressaie de supprimer le virus et redemarre l'ordi et c'est bon ;)

Comment sais tu sans rapport RSIT que l'infection provient ou se propage par supports amovibles?
Bon je sais que c'est toi qui a crée l'outil mais j'aimerais comprendre...

y a pas que les infections par clé usb qui balancent des autoruns!

Euh ouai c'est sur, là fallait de l'experience parceque même quand je tape sur GoGol: trojan tibs/tdss , je trouve pas grand chose...
Donc comment vous savez qui crée des autoruns?

le trojan/ver(worm win32) tibs est dans la catégorie des trojan downloader(il télécharge des crasses à ton insu,de plus il est rootkité!)
il faut d'abord supprimer l'autorun pour être sur que l'infection ne se relance pas à chaque fois que le pc reboot
ce qui est souvent le cas lors d'une désinfection

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

Télécharge Navilog1 (de IL-MAFIOSO) sur le bureau


• Fais un clic droit sur "Navilog1" sur ton bureau et choisis "éxecuter en tant qu administrateur". 
• Appuie sur le chiffre 1 de ton clavier puis sur la touche Entrée pour sélectionner la langue française. 
• Appuie sur une touche de ton clavier pour continuer... (Il te le sera demandé plusieurs fois). 
• Tape 1, puis appuie sur la touche Entrée de ton clavier pour sélectionner l’option "Recherche / Désinfection automatique" 
• Sois patient, cela peut prendre une dizaine de minutes voire plus. 
• Navilog1 t’informe que la recherche est terminée 
• Appuie sur une touche de ton clavier pour afficher le rapport qu’il a généré

• Décochez la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur.

désolé du retard , j ai eu de la visite 

pour spybot tu as bien fait , dailleurs desactive le tea timer pour l instant

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours ! 

• Double clique sur "Ad-R.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'installation par défaut . 

• Double-clique sur le raccourci Ad-remover qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .
 
• Au menu principal choisis l'option "L" et tape sur [entrée] .

• Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ... 

--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...

( Le rapport est sauvegardé sous C:\Ad-report-clean.log ) 

( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) 

Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. 
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

&#9654; Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau. 

• Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT. 

• Lis le contenu de l'écran Disclaimer puis clique sur Continue (si tu acceptes les conditions). 

• Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence. 

• Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. 

• Poste le contenu de log.txt .

tout les "tool" que je t ai fais telecharger seront supprimé a la fin ...

Télécharge combofix : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 




-> Double clique sur combofix.exe. 
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan. 
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. 

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt 

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix : 

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours. 

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil. 

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe. 

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc. 

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes. 

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.
