Rapport hijackthis besoin d'aide

Bonjour,

Je souhaiterais avoir de l'aide pour lire mon rapport hijackthis car a-squared ainsi que kapersky ont trouvaient des infections! et je pense avoir des programmes que j'ai désinstaller qui sont toujours là comme alcohol120% ainsi que punkbuster dans les lignes O23
