I have a universal remote control URC22B and a SABA television. I have the codes, but unfortunately, the manual is not in French and I don't understand how to enter the codes for SABA to make it functional.

Could you explain how to proceed (especially since I don't have any diagram describing the remote control)?

URC = Universal Remote Control = Universal Remote Control
It's not a brand.
So, 22b can apply to many things.

Therefore, no certainty for the following codes.
Sony: 028, 119, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 182, 190, 228, 260, 705

So, whether it works or not, please let me know what happens.

You won't find codes for Hisense, but a way to search for them.
Provided they exist, which is not absolutely certain.

065, 067, 075, 078, 096, 100, 103, 185, 186, 282, 222, 722.

Search for what? The code for your TV or the channels?
Do you have the manual? The list of codes by brand?
If you don't have the code list for your TV, please indicate the brand. I might be able to find them.

I'm also having the same problem, I don't understand how to set up this remote control. I have a Mitsubishi TV, a JVC VCR, and a direct H&B DVD/DIVX player. The last two are connected to the TV using a SCART cable. I can't figure it out, I'm told to enter codes, that a LED will light up (but where?) and how to enter these damn codes?
If anyone can hear me, I would really appreciate an answer, thanks in advance.

Do you have the list of codes for your devices? Here’s how to proceed.

1) Press and hold the "Set" button. Then press the button of the device you want to control. TV1, TV2, VCR1, etc...

2) The remote's LED will light up. Release both buttons

3) Enter the 3-digit code for the device you want to control

4) If the entered code is correct, the LED will automatically turn off. If the code is incorrect, the LED will blink twice. The remote will stay in Setup mode (on). Start again from step 3)

5) Check if most buttons on the remote work properly. If not, start again from step 1) with another code from the same brand until you achieve satisfactory operation.

You first exposed your problem in a discussion that doesn't correspond to it.
To respond, instead of continuing the thread, you open a new discussion.
Instead of giving the brand and model of your remote control, you say that your manual is in English, without specifying if you are sure you understood it.

Since there are hundreds of remote control models, how do you expect us to be able to help you if you don't provide any details?

I won't provide any more information because there's no brand written on the box; all that is written is urc22b
and if I understood correctly, even though it was in English

It's probably a TLC of the NSE brand.

Did you proceed in the manner indicated above in post < 21 >?
Have you tried the following codes 028 119 126 127 128 129 130 182 199 228 260 705?

If you did and it didn't work, it's possible that your TV was released with a new code after the date of the manual.
Use the Search Mode.
