Trojan.Win32.Vapsup.uxx

Bonjour,
hier en lançant un logiciel fiable (PKR.exe) il y a eu une mise à jour que j'ai télécharger et j'ai eu une alerte de mon antivirus. Il m'a indiqué qu'un cheval de Troie a été installé sur mon PC sous le nom CRASHREPORT.exe que j'ai aussitôt supprimé avec succès.

Hors ce matin en démarrant mon PC j'ai eu la mauvaise surprise de voir qu'il y était toujours mais cette fois dans le répertoire :

Je l'ai resupprimé comme hier mais je pense qu'il reviendra surement donc j'ai besoin de votre aide pour l'éradiquer une bonne fois pour toute.
