Parabolic antennas: danger?

There is no danger, those are receiving antennas.

If anything, if you tuck your head between the dish of the satellite dish and the receiving head, you might end up damaging your eye in the long run if it has a good reception! (the power there must be around a milliwatt.)

Just for info, at the moment I’m talking to you, you have wifi waves, cellular, satellite (TV or other services like mapping or other scanning) and radio passing through your body. If there is danger, we’ll know in 30 years....

Besides the fact that it's trendy to talk about “dangerous” waves (as it's trendy to be ecological for the last five years lol), ask yourself instead what solutions could be envisaged to change behaviors .... How many people can you convince to stop using a mobile phone? A radio? Wifi? A microwave oven? Satellite TV and TNT?

For how parabolic dishes work, I’m not sure but they are pointed at the satellite ... but how do the satellites know that their antennas are pointed at them? Do satellites broadcast their waves everywhere? I don’t know
Same for GPS ... they are very small, and yet they receive the signal correctly, no matter where you are (or almost), so do satellites emit stronger waves to compensate for their size? And do they sweep everywhere? I don’t know ....

Coming soon, to avoid traffic jams, there will be a system that will know the number of phones in an area, and thus know whether there is a slowdown or not. So there too, we’ll have many waves....
