SFR : "Network Busy"

Solved

Hello,

When I try to call with my phone, it says "Network Busy" even though I have all my signal bars... I can't receive calls either...

As mentioned in the title, I'm with SFR!

And a little note: I'm in Seine et Marne (77) and I have a friend who is near Lyon and it's the same for him...

I would like to know if this is happening to you too, those of you who are with SFR, please.

Thank you, Nyx.

Same here, I can't make or receive calls but text messages work both ways and I'm in the 91.
Right before the weekend, it's not cool; let's hope their "work" doesn't last too long!!

Hello everyone. I live in the 91. My father and I both have SFR cell phones and neither of them is working. We can't make calls or be reached. Are there any precedents for this problem? How long do you think it will last?

Don't worry, I can't call either and I live in the 77. I can only send and receive texts. It must be a problem with SFR! We should file a complaint against them, there’s a way to win a lot of money, lol!!

Is everything working for me, but is it with your mobile or your landline?

I'm using my mobile phone ^^. When I call, it says "Line Busy". Yet I have all my network bars...

Alright, thanks Patalo! =D

Let's just say it reassures me ^^.

But still, it's a bit frustrating because those who are customers at SFR cannot contact or be contacted by any number.

Anyway... We have to wait...

I also have a "network busy" and yet I have access to 'vodafone live'. I work in the 91.
I managed to reach my wife in Paris on her SFR mobile from a landline.
I think there is a network incident in Essonne.

Hello everyone,
I am also from Seine et Marne (77), and when I call, it either says "the network is busy"; or directly "call ended" even before it rings.
I contacted a friend who is also with SFR, he works in the 91 and it's the same. Network busy.
A colleague from his company wanted to borrow his phone to make a call because on his it said "network busy", and that's when my friend realized it was the same for him.
Apparently, after testing, SMS messages go through, both received and sent.
Would any of you be aware of what's going on? And how long is it going to last?
It's all well and good to pay a package every month, and not be able to access your phone!
What time did it start for you?
Thank you for your replies and have a good day.

hi everyone!!!

it's the same everywhere, indeed I am from Oise (60), everything is working fine here, I'm trying to reach people living in 77 or Paris, but I can't get through the call, it must be connected to a Parisian network tower, let's hope it doesn't last too long, but rest assured, everyone is affected, it's a contagious virus hehehe ^^

I have the same problem, I called the SFR store, they told me it's because of yesterday's storms that there was an outage, it's apparently being repaired, I was told to wait and be patient! There you go.

Here, it just started working at my place!! :)

I hope for you that it’s working again or that it won't take long to work again ;)

Thank you all.

Hello, I have the same problem reaching SFR numbers in the 92 and 91 areas.
That said, I managed to reach someone in Dijon (21)
There may be some work being done on the network.

Hi,

I also have the same problem as you Nyx77 and I am also in the 77. Hoping that the issue is on SFR's side :)

Hello again,
I did a call test again: first improvement for me, I can access my voicemail and hear my messages. An hour ago, it said "network busy" even for the voicemail.
As for the "call a friend" test - ;o) -, it's still "network busy"...

Sometimes the network works and sometimes it doesn't
it's really a hassle
And SFR says it can last between 24 hours to 5 days,
I think if we all send a little email, we could get something because this happens often in the 92.

It works now, I didn't have any network for 5 hours, I called SFR and they asked me to write a letter of complaint to request a goodwill gesture, you can do the same to make them react, because this is not the first time this year.
