Hello everyone,

I installed WampServer locally on my PC and I would like it to launch automatically every time I turn on my PC. Could someone please tell me how I can do this? Thank you in advance.

NB: I set the automatic startup in "Administrative Tools" => "Services" for wampapache and wampmysqld, but I don't see the icon in the taskbar.

Best regards.
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.11

What you can do is use the startup folder feature.
Create a shortcut of the WAMP executable and place it in the startup folder (available in the list of programs when you click on Start in the taskbar)

In fact, Windows launches all the files that are in this folder on startup.

It doesn't work anymore on Win7 :( I think it's because of the required admin rights

You can also go to the Windows services and set the wampmysqld and wampapache services to automatic so that the services start up with Windows without having to log in.

I found the startup folder and created a shortcut for the WAMP exe, I restarted but nothing happens.

It's just that it's not the right folder.
Are you sure you're on Windows?

Hello and thank you, Okuni, for your intervention. Of course I searched, and it’s because I didn’t find anything that I sent this post. Thank you if you know where to find it to let me know.

    Best regards.

Hello, I did what you said but Vista is blocking its startup. How can I prevent that?

I think you should find that in the program options.
