Excel remove table formatting Solved

Hello,  In Excel, I would like to know how to remove the formatting from a table. I couldn't find the command.  Thank you  pépé

Hello,

Personally, I would suggest this:

Table tools -> Create -> -> Convert to range (in the tools section of the ribbon)
Excel will ask you to confirm the conversion to a "normal" range
click OK
and then you are once again in control of your table!

Re..  I'm using Excel 2007 and I'm using the "Format as Table" option. This procedure works well. But I can't remove it to go back to a table without formatting.  Grandpa

Good evening,

I think I've found the solution:

click in the previously formatted table
Activate the tab: Table Tools
Click on Quick Style and at the very bottom click on Clear.

This last command does not appear when the initial table formatting command is activated.

Hello  When you are with the selected formatting, just click on the arrow down "more" all the way to the right, and in the shape presentation, choose clear at the bottom. --  Always zen

Hello,

the gbinform solution doesn't seem to work because the "clear" box is not active in that case.
Going through "table tools" and "quick style" and "clear", no problem there.

Hello,

With Excel 2010, you need to go to the Table (Design) tab, tools, 'Convert to Range'.
It removes the table formatting while keeping the data.

In Excel 2003, select the entire sheet or just the cells from which you want to remove the formatting. Then go to Edit, Clear, Formats.
