Salut,

- Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (par random/random) sur ce lien :

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

Tu le sauvegarderas sur ton bureau.

- Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer le programme.

- Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

- Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

- Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparaît à l'écran) ainsi que de info.txt (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches).

Note : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit.

Salut,

Tu as 3 infections, qu'on va biensur, enlever très rapidement.
Donc :

Ouvre ce lien (merci a S!RI pour ce programme). http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe
et télécharge SmitfraudFix.exe.

Regarde le tuto
Exécute le en choisissant l’option 1, il va générer un rapport
Copie/colle le sur le poste stp.

Process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Je n'arrive pas à redémarer en mode sans échec. A chaque fois que je fais ce que tu m'as dit, mon ordinateur ne me présente que 3 options :
-1st floppy drive
-hd dv…
-je ne sais plus il est question de lecteur CD ou DVD je crois.

Passe SmitFraudFix, option 2 mais en mode normal

Excuse-moi, j'avais pas vu pour la touche F5. En effet c'est celle-là qui permettait de redémarer en mode sans échec. Par contre j'avais sauvegardé le log mais je n'arrive pas à le retrouver, je me demande s'il a bien été conservé. Du coup, j'ai refait une recherche avec le logiciel en mode normal :

* Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
* Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.
* Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
* Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.

Il faut juste que tu prennes bien conscience, que si tu as un logiciel soit disant cracké, il peut cacher plusieurs dizaines d'infections, après cela reste toi le maître du PC. Et je ne pourrais en faire plus.

Sinon pour la ask toolbar désinstalles là vian Ajout/Suppression des programmes

Puis tu me reposteras un Toolbar SD option 1.
