Bonjour,
je vien de formater mon poste et j'ai reinstallé windows XP SP2 mais j"arrive pas à reinstaller les drivers de carte son que jepense elle est intégré à la carte mere que je connais pas son nom
comment jepourrais regler ce probleme et merci d'avance

    salut,

    peux tu préciser la marque et le modèle de ton pc ?

    as tu des points d'interrogations jaunes dans le gestionnaire de périphériques ?

    clic-droit sur le "Poste de travail" puis choisir "Propriétés" onglet "Matériel" puis cliquer sur le bouton "Gestionnaire de périphériques"

    en fait la marque c'est un ordinateur cloné
    oui j'ai des points jaune et quand je met installation ou réparé il trouve pas les drivers

    Dans le gestionnaire de périphériques, fais un clic droit sur: "contrôleur RAID " (là où tu as le point jaune) propriété => détails.
    Dans le menu déroulant sélectionnes: "numéro d'identification du matériel".
    Postes les renseignements. (suite de chiffres et de lettres)
