Bonjour,
voila, j'ai télécharger divers logiciels et au moment où je je veux les installés je n'y arrive pas!! Windows m'affiche un message d'erreur qui est le suivant: "Windows ne parvient pas à accéder au périphérique, au chemin d'accès ou au fichier. Vous ne disposez peut être pas des autorisations pour avoir accès à élément."
je voudrais avoir un vos avis et vos suggestions sur le problème ou sujet. Je vous remercie d'avance!!

Salut

Tu as un infection par disque amovible,normalement c'est sur virus/securité que tu dois y poster...

Si tu veux je te desinfecte ici ...

Ok alors ...

-> Télécharge UsbFix (de Chiquitine29) sur ton Bureau :

--> Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut.

--> Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) sans les ouvrir.

--> Double-clique sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton Bureau.

--> NB: Pour ceux qui on vista Faire un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisir éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur .

--> Choisis l'option 1 (recherche)

--> Poste le rapport UsbFix.txt

Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque.

(Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas, presse Ctrl+Alt+Suppr, Onglet "Fichier", "Nouvelle tâche", tape explorer.exe et valide)

le probleme c'est que je peux pas ouvrir le fichier telecharger directement il faut a chaque fois que je rentre dans propriété => général puis sécurité c'est écrit " Ce fichier provient d'un autre ordinateur et peut éventuellement être bloqué pour protéger cette ordinateur" et la je clic sur "débloquer" mais avant j'avais pas besoin de le faire comme sa comment rétablir le système antérieur?!
