See capidextre in Pokémon Platinum

Hello, I just need capidextre to complete the national Pokédex but I don't know where to find it. One site says Route 206, but I've already defeated all the trainers there without encountering it.

Could you please help me?

    I found on another site that it's on Route 216, and that's correct because I went there and saw it.

    Il faut étaler du miel sur les arbres, puis quand on a un Capumain, on le fait monter de niveau jusqu'à ce qu'il apprenne Coup Double et là il évolue en Capidextre.

    We find a trainer with Capidextre, then we need to go to Frimapic. After that, we have to leave the city and head south. Normally, along the way, you will find the Surf HM, and beside it, there is the man who gives the Ice Badge. You need to go south-south.
