White screen issue with VisualBoy Advance

Hello everyone,
I've been trying for a while to get Pokémon ROMs working with VisualBoy Advance on my PC, but there's a problem as I can't get them to run; there's always a white screen when I start the game with "loaded battery" in red at the bottom left, but that seems normal to me. Some might say that I need to go to Emulator and click "Real Time Clock" then in "Save Type" > "Flash 128k". I've already tried that and it still doesn't work. I managed to obtain the console's BIOS but that's about it.
I don't know what else to do to make it work, do you have any idea what I should do please?
Thank you :)
PS: I'm using version 1.7.2 of VBA and it works great with other games.
