Ray Ban sunglasses warranty issue

Hello,
I bought a pair of Ray Ban glasses at Galeries Lafayette last April. There was no warranty included, only a receipt. I recently dropped them accidentally, which removed one lens from the frame without breaking it, and bent one of the arms.
I just went to ask Galeries Lafayette what they could do, since all the online retailers state that glasses come with a one-year warranty. However, they responded that they couldn't do anything even when I showed them the receipt.
If this has happened to you, do you know what I should do?? Because I really don't want to buy another pair of glasses for €100 a second time.
