Hello,
I'm sorry to bother you, but I can't type the hashtag key on my keyboard. I see it on the number 3 key, but I can't figure out how to type it. I'm having a bit of trouble, please forgive my ignorance. Thank you for helping me.

Good evening,
Have you tried using the Alt Gr key, held down simultaneously with the 3 key?
