Hello,
here, I have 3 favorite numbers with SFR, but I would like to change one to replace it with another number, but I don't know how to do it. I looked on the SFR website, but found no answer.. So, if you have any ideas, I would appreciate your advice...
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.10

This is the SFR customer service; you dial 900 on your phone and wait for a response.
The waiting time is free.
Otherwise, try at this address: http://www.sfr.fr/redirection/espace_client/redir_neo_gerer_numeros_favoris.jsp

Thank you for this miracle site. I had been calling 963 and 900 for 3 weeks without success (lines always out of order).

Sir

I would like to know how to change one of my favorite numbers for another, as I don't want to wait in line at SFR for something so trivial.

Thank you

Hello,

Nothing simpler:
www.sfr.fr > "your account" at the top (if you don't have a password, request a reset and it will be sent by SMS, which arrives 10 seconds later) > "My mobile plan" > "My favorite numbers": consult / modify and there you go... effective within 48 hours.

Hello,

I'm having the same issue: I can't log into my account. It also says: The entered login is not recognized. Please enter it again.
I went to an SFR store, and they told me there was no problem, that they would resend the personal code. I never received it. They don't understand; for them, everything is normal. And it's impossible to reach them by email. There's no way I'm going to spend hours on the phone trying to contact them.
Does anyone have a solution?
Thanks for your help.....

I also have the same problem when I log into my prepaid SFR account... I checked on forums and found nothing... by chance, I tried some things and the one that worked was that I put a space before my mobile number and I was able to receive my password on my mobile... I was then able to log in normally to my account on sfr.fr...

I wanted to do it and NOTHING indicated where to find "change my favorite numbers" for the simple reason that apparently if you want to modify your numbers..... you have to pay for the "change my favorite numbers" option which used to be free! After paying for the option, if you change your favorite numbers you have 1 month, otherwise it will cost you 2 euros online and 4 euros if you ask an agency to do it for you (there's a video specifically dedicated to "change my favorite numbers") if I understood correctly!!!
I'll still inquire.
Goodbye

To change your favorite numbers with SFR when your plan includes 3 favorite numbers, you can call 963 to change them, knowing you are entitled to 1 free change per month. Beyond that, it costs 2 euros including tax via the SFR website or 4 euros including tax through customer service at 900, and if you're nice, they often do it for free.
The changes take effect immediately and activation is done the same day at midnight.
So if you go through the SFR website, you enter your username and your phone number, and if you don't have the password, click on "forgot password" and in two seconds, you'll get a new one via SMS or email.
For those who do not wish to contact customer service to avoid using their plan, you can ask them to reimburse the fee; if you ask, they must do it!
I hope these tips will be helpful.

Well, actually, I called but since it's Sunday, it's closed. But since I need to change my number urgently, that is to say, as soon as possible, today, lol, I'm going to check the link you sent me, and I really thank you for that.....

Unknown, maybe if you were a little more polite, you would get a response... And it's really not that complicated, someone posted the link a little above. If you were paying even a bit of attention, you would have seen it!

Yes, but if I remember correctly, even if you do it today, it takes a few days for it to be taken into account :)

You need to do the 963 and let yourself be guided. However, write down the numbers on a piece of paper to avoid making mistakes when indicating the new numbers. It's free and quick. You'll receive a text the next day to let you know it's active.

Hello,
can someone tell me if the preferred numbers must be SFR numbers, or can we include numbers from another operator? Thank you for your responses.
