Antivirus inéficasse

salut j'ai installé kaspersky sur mon pc mais ca fai un an que je n'avai rien maintenan il a detecter des virus mai il ne les efface pas!!! (trojandownloader win32 et cheval de troie trojan win32) Comment faire s'il vou plai??

un antivirus n'est pas pécialisé en trojan, si n'effaces pas en mode normal tu relance ton antivirus en mode sans échec ou mode VGA,
