Error code 51030 Wii (Numericable)

I can't connect to Wi-Fi with my Wii, it shows me:

error code 51030 no access point found, check if the SSID is correct.
I entered the SSID, the WEP key... everything correctly.
I tried on two different connections, both give me the same result.
The Nintendo website is not helping me at all.
I have two laptops, and both connect correctly on both connections. I've been told there's an issue with firewalls, but I've disabled them, still no results. Plus, when I first bought my Wii, I was able to connect just fine, and all of a sudden, I can't connect anymore!

I have a Numericable modem...

Can you help me please?

Thank you
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

alala... there's nothing simpler, I'm going to use a neufbox as an example,
go to this link: http://192.168.1.1/3_2
go to encryption > system: WPA-PSK
and enter a key manually, delete what is already there and do something like: 12345678941
something very simple, then turn on your Wii.
your menu will display, go to Wii options (at the bottom left)
then, Wii settings (big square on the right)
once there, click on the right arrow.
then go to the "internet" tab
then into connection settings
(make sure you have reset all fields)
go to connection 1, in this case, we will take the wireless connection.
click: search for an access point, then enter your key (the code) let's take the example from above: 12345678941
normally, the connection should succeed perfectly!
