Hello,

So here is my problem:
I just bought a graphic tablet (Genius G-Pen F610). I installed it correctly... and also downloaded the latest driver from the Genius site.
I still have a mouse plugged into the PC.
When I turn on my PC, or when I unplug and replug the tablet, the cursor follows the pen. But after a while, the cursor stops following the pen ... For example, when I was in a fairly long paragraph, I put down my pen, and when I pick it up again, it no longer works! Yet the LED is blinking properly, and blinks depending on whether the pen is touching the tablet or not ...

So I don’t really understand. I also don’t understand the two buttons on the pen.

If someone could help me, that would be very kind ^^ !

Thanks in advance :p

Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.10

    Hello,

You have new and therefore guaranteed tablets that don’t work: CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The Genius, Trust, Silvercrest and other exotic brands from behind the bushes and sold by Lidl and Carrefour not too expensive but certainly with the drivers and the manual that goes with it... well no, often the driver and the booklet translated from English by a little Chinese person isn’t the right one. Here is what problems with these tablets produce: https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-26897728-probleme-de-logiciel .

It works, it’s good, it doesn’t work ==>  CUSTOMER SERVICE.

There is an excellent search engine at the top of the forum, do a quick search with Trust, Silvercrest and Genius before posting your questions...

It’s not by typing "Me too it doesn’t work" for pages in a row after an old post from 2009 that you’ll get anywhere. Explain what’s wrong. Just considering how long you’ve been waiting for an answer you would have had plenty of time to see the retailer or return your tablets to Customer Service since it’s guaranteed.

    Luke.

    I have a similar problem:

I’m working on Windows XP, my Genius F610 graphics tablet isn’t recognized, I don’t know what to do, I can’t exchange it (it’s a gift I received). I’ve already browsed the internet, different forums, I’ve tried installing the driver from geniusnet.com but no result...

    I’m discouraged. I need help!

It's exactly the same for me, I'll go look on my side and I'll reply here if I find anything! :) Hi

      Still nothing?
I have almost the same problem, but unlike the one above, my stylus is almost never detected and the cursor barely moves on the screen >_> Yet, if - without touching the tablet - I press one of the two side buttons, the cursor responds...

      I don't really know what to do, I've had this problem forever, and at almost €70 for the tablet, it hurts... I regret sinking my Trust ;-;
      Help please !
