How to disable voiceover on my Mac

Hello,
I'm new to Mac. The problem is that I'm pressing all the keys without knowing the result. I don't know which ones I've pressed, but now I have a voice assistant (in English) that is constantly assisting me. It's driving me crazy. I don't know how to turn it off.
Additionally, the keys on my keyboard under the Parallels program (I have Windows installed virtually) have changed. When I type "-" it gives me "=" in Word on PC. Again, I don't know how to make my "-" key show "-" on the screen.
I have a MacBook
It's silly, but not everyone wants to be a beginner and useless
Thanks for your help

To disable VoiceOver (the synthetic voice that annoys you), it's Cmd + F5.

Here is the best way to turn off VoiceOver,
Apple Menu / System Preferences / Accounts / Options / uncheck "Use VoiceOver" in the login window)

    That's it, no more VoiceOver.
