Help!!! (black bars on Mac) Solved/Closed

Hello,

Earlier, I was playing The Sims, and my MacBook shut down because it ran out of battery, and since then there are two black bars on each side. The image is smaller. I've only had it for a week and I'm not familiar with Mac yet!

I've already restarted it. Please give me some solutions !!!!

Configuration: Mac OS X / Safari 533.18.5

Hello! I had the same issue, you just have to go to SYSTEM PREFERENCES then MONITOR to select the highest resolution (1280 x 800)  hoping it works!
