Trojan + 23 infections

Résolu
Bonjour,

J'ai pris un virus en cliquant sur un lien envoyé sur msn.
Je me retrouve avec 23 infections et plusieurs Trojan.
J'ai passé Malwarebytes 2 fois et Antivir.
Je vous poste les rapports ici pour avoir de l'aide pour terminer le nettoyage.

Résumé de la discussion

Un utilisateur a été infecté par plusieurs Trojans après avoir cliqué sur un lien MSN, avec des alertes et des ralentissements, et a effectué deux nettoyages complets via Malwarebytes et Avira AntiVir. Les rapports détaillent des infections Trojan.Vundo.H et Trojan.Agent détectées dans des fichiers système et des clés Run, avec des objets de registre et des DLL concernés, nécessitant une élimination ciblée. Des réponses suggèrent de supprimer des entrées O2/O4 et des clés Run liées, de déplacer les fichiers suspects vers la quarantaine, puis d'utiliser CCleaner ou UsbFix. Des traces peuvent persister dans les points de restauration et certains composants, justifiant une approche complète incluant la vérification des autoruns et des extensions, et éventuellement une réinstallation du système.

  1. Bonsoir
    je vois dans le rapport Malwarebytes " no action taken ".
    As tu bien mis en quarantaine tout ce que malwarebytes a trouvé?
    0
    1. bonsoir
      infections vundo, il faut lui faire faire combo fix
      ouh la la malwarebytes n'est pas du tout à jour, le mettre à jour et refaire le scan
      0
  2. ensuite, fait ceci, mais lits bien la procédure avant
    ---> Télécharge ComboFix.exe de sUBs sur ton Bureau :
    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
    places le sur le bureau et renommes le jacobin.exe

    /!\ Déconnecte-toi du net et désactives les défenses, antivirus et antispyware y compris /!\
    ---> Double-clique sur jacobin.exe
    Un "pop-up" va apparaître qui dit que "ComboFix est utilisé à vos risques et avec aucune garantie...".
    Accepte en cliquant sur "Oui"
    SURTOUT INSTALLES LA CONSOLE DE RECUPERATION
    ---> Mets-le en langue française F
    Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.

    /!\ Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. /!\

    En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire.

    Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu

    /!\ Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton antivirus et de ton antispyware avant de te reconnecter à Internet. /!\

    Note : Le rapport se trouve également là : C:\ComboFix.txt

    1. Bonjour

      Désolée de passer, MAIS il aurait judicieux de faire une vérification et un travail sur un Hijakthis ou RSIT avant de lancer Combofix

      ++

      Bonjour, je ne sais pas ,normalement,
      Ce qui laisse à dire que tu ne l'as pas testé ;((

  3. Bonjour Nathandre

    Merci pour tes conseils très précis. J'ai mis à jour malverbytes et l'ai repassé.

    Avant de commencer, pour éviter toute erreur, dis moi comment on installe la CONSOLE DE RECUPERATION c'est automatique après accord ou il y a une procédure spéciale ?

    J'en ai déjà entendu parler mais il me semble que je n'avais pas réussi à l'installer et je ne me rapelle plus comment.

    Merci

    1. bonjour, je ne sais pas ,normalement, combofix demande pour installer la console de récupération, si tu l'installes pas, c'est à tes risques et péril car si combofix supprimait un fichier important (cela peut arriver) on peut le restaurer avec la console de récupération

    2. @Utilisateur anonymeavant de faire combofix
      Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur ton Bureau.

      -> http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

      ! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes tes applications en cours !

      Double-clique sur " RSIT.exe " pour le lancer .

      -> Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : " Disclaimer of warranty " .

      * Devant l'option "List files/folders created ..." , tu choisis : 2 months

      * clique ensuite sur " Continue " pour lancer l'analyse ...

      -> laisse faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ...

      Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-note).

      Poste le contenu de " log.txt " (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran), ainsi que de " info.txt " (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), pour analyse et attends la suite ...

      Important : poste un rapport, puis l'autre dans la réponse suivante
      Si tu essaies de poster les deux en même temps, cela risque d'être trop long pour le forum

      ( Note : les rapports seront en outre sauvegardés dans ce dossier -> C:\rsit )-

        # Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
        Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
        Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

    4. l'infection date de combien de temps ?
      parce que je ne pourrais pas tout brancher en même temps pourrais-je en brancher plusieurs en même temps et recommencer avec ceux qui reste après ?
      Est-ce une autre infection précédente ou c'est tout arrive ensemble par msn car si tel est le cas, je n'ai rien brancher depuis mon "attaque" sur msn.

      1. branches ce que tu possèdes déjà et il faudra recommencer avec les autres sources externes, parce que si elles
        sont aussi infectées, tu risques de réinfecter ton pc
        je ne sais pas quand date cette infection

                et il faudrai installer le SP3 pour Windows XP
                0
            3. au sujet de sp3, l'ordinateur l'avait mis à jour je croyais d'ailleurs que je l'avais. Si je vérifie dans mes points de restauration, il m'affiche le pack 3 le 26 avril et le 3 mai.
              Je devrai donc l'avoir. J'ai été étonné de ne plus le trouver dans mes scans
              Que faut il faire ?
              D'ailleurs il y avait eu une mise à jour le 17 avril qui s'était soldé par une mise en panne de certains programmes excel surtout.

              2. ok
                je pense que antivir est mieux que norton n'est ce pas ?
                0
                1. bien sur antivir est mieux que norton qui est un daube car il détecte et traite mal les virus, tandis qu'antivir a une
                  meilleure détection
                  0
              3. Voila j'ai désinstaller norton.
                la désinfection est elle terminée ?
                Qu'est ce qu'une infection vundo ?
