Fn key on Acer laptop

If you keep pressing Fn and then press F11 once, release everything, you'll have your keyboard back to normal. If it happens again and you forget, come back to this forum...

I bought an Acer 5102 laptop with Vista pre-installed.

Randomly, the num lock activates. Of course, pressing the "fn" and "f11" keys puts things back in order.

However, when using a Logitech ALTO workstation via USB, I have the unpleasant surprise of seeing this station no longer recognized.

Only a restart allows me to get back to normal.

Moreover, shutting down the machine (after the ALTO device is recognized) has to be forced.

Anyway, since this happens regularly, I was wondering if someone had a solution.

I'm desperate, I think my "fn" key is creating chain conflicts.

For my part, when I press only this key, sometimes the sound gets randomly activated or deactivated.

Additionally, I have very specific bugs with the software.
For example:
- Windows Media Player, the sound does not stay and decreases until it becomes silent when I am on the player.
- Word, I start typing and then the "ctrl alt" action is triggered, meaning my text gets fully selected and I can't do anything. I sometimes manage to unlock this by tapping on "fn" but it comes back two minutes later...

I have an Aspire 5720Z with Vista... the worst computer I've ever had...
Please can you tell me if it's possible to disable this key?
